1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Vivielle Events. A booking request submitted through the website does not constitute a confirmed reservation until a written confirmation is issued.
To officially secure the requested date and time, the full payment amount must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the official invoice and payment link. Dates will not be held or reserved without full payment.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund minus a 5,000 HUF administrative fee. Cancellations made 3 to 7 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
3. Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the bespoke, experiential nature of Vivielle Events, all bookings, service packages, and custom upgrades are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Once a reservation is locked in, our team immediately allocates design resources, coordinates vendor logistics, and purchases perishable styling elements (such as fresh florals and artisanal culinary items) specifically for your date. While cash refunds are not permitted, we are happy to assist you with rescheduling options or transferring your experience to another guest, provided requests are made in accordance with our cancellation timelines.
4. Weather Guarantee
In the event of rain or severe weather conditions that would materially impact the outdoor experience, we offer a one-time free reschedule to an alternative date or relocation to an indoor space of equivalent value, subject to availability. The client must communicate weather concerns at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled start time. We reserve the right to make the final determination on whether weather conditions warrant a reschedule.
5. Late Arrival Policy
Clients are expected to arrive at the scheduled start time. Vivielle Events staff will wait on-site for a maximum of 15 minutes past the agreed start time. After 15 minutes, the booking is considered forfeited, no refund will be issued, and the setup will be dismantled. If you anticipate a delay, please contact us immediately. Late arrivals do not extend the duration of the experience beyond the originally scheduled end time.
6. Attendance & Supervision
Clients are not permitted to leave the picnic setup unattended before Vivielle Events staff arrive on-site. The client, or a designated adult representative, must be present from the moment staff complete the setup handover until the scheduled end of the experience. Unattended setups risk damage, theft, or interference from third parties, and the client accepts full financial responsibility for any resulting loss.
7. Damages & Financial Liability
By booking, the client accepts full financial responsibility for all Vivielle Events inventory during the experience. Any permanent stains, burns, or tears to luxury rugs and cushions, or any broken glassware, tableware, decor, or equipment, will result in a replacement fee charged directly to the client based on the item's retail value. Minor cleaning fees may apply for excessive soiling at our discretion. Damage assessments are conducted by Vivielle Events staff at the conclusion of each event, and invoices for replacement or repair are due within 7 days.
8. Conduct
Clients and their guests are expected to treat all Vivielle Events staff and inventory with respect. We reserve the right to terminate an experience immediately and without refund if any party behaves in an abusive, threatening, or destructive manner.
9. Amendments
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page and will apply to all bookings made after the date of publication.
