Design, Planning & Sourcing Policy

Inquiries are free. Custom planning is protected.

Checking simple calendar availability is always complimentary.

Extensive custom work — such as calling venues, coordinating with third-party kitchens, curating specific vendor options, and building bespoke proposals — requires our 25,000 Ft design & planning fee.

All custom venue sourcing, vendor coordination, kitchen communication, and bespoke planning will only begin after this fee is received in full. Once a custom proposal or booking request is issued, the fee must be settled within 3 days to secure your date and initiate planning work.

The fee is 100% credited toward your final package price once you book. It is non-refundable once custom research, venue sourcing, or planning work has commenced.
